Taking a look at the same product sold elsewhere (e.g. BigW Market), seems like it's either sold as a single dumbbell, of as a set of 2.
Considering the price of this bargain, it's most likely only sold as a single dumbbell here.

During checkout there are two shipping fees, one for Chemist warehouse, one for market place. Both are $0.
Almost certain this is just for one. It claims the RRP is $148, whereas Everfit's website says the RRP for two is around $300. Not saying it's not false advertising to have it be a plural, only that if you expect two to show up for $66, I think you'll be disappointed.
From the first couple of photos, it's obvious it's a single. Still worth it.

I get where you're coming from. I have the bowflex ones. Bought years ago. Unfortunately mine is in pounds. 90 pounds Max. So 40kg each.
Still ordered these. These would be easier to move around/place on a stand. Perfect for lateral raises and dumbbell curls. Even if you wanted heavy for chest etc, would still be good to have these.
True but this should keep my adonis like pectoral muscles maintained on off days. When I want to grow I just use a couple of toyota corollas or whatever is parked on the street.

Don’t buy cheap noname adjustable dumbells.
Best case is the plastic mechanism breaks and they end up on next hard rubbish.
Assuming they don’t disassemble while directly over your face.
I have this one (not from this brand) and they're decent. They have a metal mechanism so it won't break easily.
I have these, not this brand since it's made in a factory in china and then slapped with a new name for everyone who drops ships them.
They work decently well and haven't fallen apart yet.

I have one identical in design and they are fine as long as they are not dropped, and ensure both sides are locked and engaged. Been using my 24s and 40s for years now.

I have the original Nautilus brand these ones are copied from. Bought 24 years ago for $500 and used multiple times a week ever since with no sign of that changing. My two sons now use them too. One of my best buys ever.
These things are utterly shit. Had them years ago. Just buy a proper set of dumbbells from FB marketplace of varying weight. This style of barbell never click in properly, I had weights full off mid rep. You get what you pay for.
Have been using them for 10 years without issue.
