  • Better to get this when there is 40-50% Temu cashback.

    • Temu deliveries are the worst. Been waiting for mine tog et delivered for 2 weeks already. PFLogistic is absolute garbage.

Hoping it eventually get delivered. There's been no updates for 8 days in the tracking lol.

Damn this labubu craze for a second I thought the labubu empire was spreading into other sectors like what xiaomi did back in the day lol

This was my initial thought too.

  • Is this just a clever way to get you to buy more consumables? (Bag that goes in the unit)

I don't find emptying the vac that cumbersome, but my place isn't too big so only run it twice a week or so

If you already have an SL60D and no auto empty station I absolutely implore you to grab one at this price. Emptying the bin is not difficult, but it really should be done after every clean. Being able to completely forget you even have a robot vac for months on end (until you find it stuck under a bed with a sock jammed inside) is truly where these things shine. I've had mine for months and still haven't emptied the bag (though it's probably very due now).

Does your roller not get clogged with hair?

We have 5 females in the house and I have to unclog the roller every time it runs around our house.

Im buying a replacement brush to see if it changed anything.

        • It definitely gets hairy, but doesn't stop it from working. The auto empty dock actually comes with a tool specifically for cutting hair out of the roller too.

          • @Hinee: Super helpful to know! Now if only that hair cutting was automatic :P

        • Mine does with 3 females in the house! Wouldn't ever bother with this for that reason.
I think some more advanced units handle hair better

They're pretty easy to empty and re-use.

    • My bag lasted 6 months. I suggest to get the station

Is anyone lucky enough to claim the Lubluelu product warranty in Australia?

The webpage https://lubluelu.com/pages/contact-us is like a fake, I tried to contact them a few times regarding my previous purchase cordless vacuum stick within the warranty period without any response.

My vacuum died after ~12 months (went 'OFFLINE' one day, then would not connect to wifi/run through 'AP mode' setup no matter how many hard resets I did), took a lot of back and forth troubleshooting and me following up the same email trail multiple times but can confirm I was eventually issued a replacement.

I also have the stick vac and had a great experience with contacting them via Amazon. My dog chewed up the vacuum charger and I contacted them to buy a new one, explaining that this was my fault and I wasn't after a warranty claim. They came back and asked for photos…so I sent them a photo of the clearly chewed up charger. And for some reason they said they couldn't give me a new charger, but they would refund me $30 instead. I was confused, but impressed.

Now there were some obvious language barriers and some responses took a few days, so I certainly wouldn't hang my hat on their support and YMMV.

TL;DR: Try contacting them via Amazon if you haven't already.

      • Lucky you guys, I have tried contact via Amazon, there is a button in order details that says "get product support", and after that shows: Contact the manufacturer
        Lubluelu
        - Ask for a copy of your product user manual
        - Troubleshoot technical issues
        - Visit support website

except for the "visit support website", there is nothing I can click on or contact.

        Did you do anything different?

      • This is the reason why I am thinking of paying a bit more premium purchasing through Amazon… I dont have much (or any) confidence of getting any help if buying through Temu really..

Still weighing up whether the savings is worth it

  • I just grab the normal vacuum and suck up the dust from the lubluelu once a week

  • Does it make sense to get this first and then wait for a deal on SL60D or SL61?

    • I'm thinking the same too! I'm waiting for a deal on the SL60D… lowest price on Amazon is $199 now and has been so for a while…

  • Doesn’t work with the upsized 600ml robot dustbin, right?

  • Loving my SL60D paired with this! Works a treat!

  • Has anyone had any luck getting replacement bags for this 2.5L model? SD85?

There are some listings on AliExpress that say "SL60 Plus" which is a kit that includes the SD85 but they are actually for the 2.0L model SD80 so the cardboard is too big.

    • I got the wrong size pack when ordering the bags. Fortunately the connector is cardboard and I was able to just it cut down to size, by tracing one of the original bags. The cardboard can be a bit thick but I managed to get it in.

      • Yeah, that's what I've been doing but I also bought one for my 80-plus year old parents and they can't cut through the thick cardboard. It is 2025, I was kinda hoping that we could just buy replacement bags that are the correct ones for a reasonable price!! :-)
