Ok, so I bought this webcam from goodbuyz, arrived and I could not get it to work. Plugged in both pc and mac, installed the software and software did not detect the camera. I don't see a light on the camera. Seems mine is DOA. The fun game begins when you try to contact goodbuyz and the only way is to open a ticket, there is no contact phone. I've created a ticket and it has been no response from them so far.

  Pretty crazy, I’m experiencing this myself too. About to put a ticket through, but I can’t even find a confirmation email of purchase lol
