You can use a temporary mobile number for Australia. They are free and work all the time.
Doesn't seems to work for new user. Tried to make other account, only got free single stack instead
same for me, just a free single stack (which is still better than no single stack)

When asked in store they said this offer could only be targeted to existing customers. But for new customers they are running free stack or something not entirely sure what that is but worth checking under your Rewards/Vouchers section
Need to know if 2 vouchers can redeemed at the same time if you’re dining in with your partner

They usually don't allow u to do that (which is reasonable), if u sit on the same table
They dont allow you to split bill, but i think they allow you to do separate diy moible app orders and sit at the one table.

@hardya: Forgot to confirm, yes we're allowed to do multiple order for the same table. As each person can just order with their own app, to the same table number.

They appear under the Vouchers tab, but doesn't come with any barcode/QR or number to redeem.
When ordering and at check-out, the voucher section asked to input a voucher number 🤷🏼♂️

Oh I used the $25 reward. That reduces the cost before weekend surcharge so no extra charge up to $25
@Paul B: So if we get something under $25, even on weekend, it’d be free as it deduct before the surcharge?

I already had the latest version but i tried deleting and reinstalling anyways - unfortunately didn't work. Just says "Could not open app" "something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes"
edit: just got the email for the $25 voucher but still can't even open the app 😭

Didn't see the email, wife and kid are going to PP on Sunday so perfect timing.
Had to uninstall and reinstall app, even then it took a long time to open (looked like it had hung, but loaded after random taping screen), so app is still rubbish, and process for using is a confusing (esp with white text on light yellow background, on android at least) I assume scan the user qr code is all that's needed not a voucher barcode that doesn't exist, and doesn't seem to show up in the inapp order, but hopefully will work out ok when she goes.
At Pancake Parlour ATM, they've said this is only valid while ordering through the app. So not valid when ordering and paying directly.
How do you even use the freebies from this place. Their app sucks
I'm at pancake parlour now. Sat down and started to order through the app. The voucher says it can be added at checkout (no code is provided). When you get to the checkout page and click add discount code, there's no option to chose the $25 voucher, only the field to add a code, which you won't have. I tried a bunch of different things and nothing worked. Called the waitress and she didn't know how to resolve, so she just put the order through the till and applied $25 off. She did collect my name and mobile, likely to make sure I don't claim the offer again. Pancake parlour app is crap.
Agreed, I had to do the same on my trip to Victoria. Looks like thier ‘major’ upgrade didnt do much
I couldn't get it to show up in the app either but ordering through the table QR code / website, shows an extra button to apply it during checkout.

I have pixel phone and the app is extremely laggy- anyone else experiencing the same?
My app doesn't work but I can see the voucher when I go to check out via mobile ordering, where it can be applied. Hope that helps, I've yet to use mine though
I've used mine a couple of weeks ago. It did work with the app (I'm on iOS), but have to open/close 3-4x so that it actually appeared in the checkout to apply. Luckily, it remembers what I added into cart, so I don't need to redo the order each time, just keep reopening until the option to apply reward was there in the checkout/payment page. A bit frustrating, but hey, got free pancake at the end

I think I un- and re-installed the app to get the vouchers to be accessible in the checkout. I'm glad the app actually works on my 9 year old phone :D
