  • Pairs of what?

I think I understand their business model now. Their products don't last long, so they get people to own many to rotate using them.

    • +9

Definitely what it's become. I have a couple pairs from many a year ago still going strong, any pair bought in the last couple years though…the old gray mare ain't what she used to be!

      • Same here. I bought some years ago when they first launched, loved them, suggested to mates. My pairs are still going strong, most of theirs have holes and tears…

        • +3

Why are you rummaging around your mates undie draw?

          Not judging.

    Step One: Buy underpants
    Step Two:
    Step Three: Profit

  • +9

Nah, their quality control has gotten crap. The first pairs I got a few years ago are still fine, the 6 I got last year have all fallen apart, stitching has come out, material all beaded and fked.

    • +1

Why don't they just make two different version, a more expensive version with really top notch quality and the shitty ones they are now selling?

      • +1

        Too pro-consumer

        • Truth.

    • Agreed. I have some real old ones and they're in far better shape than any I've bought in the past year or two. Gone off the brand now.

  • Half Life of these went from 2 yr to 1yr
Had to bulk buy to maintain coverage across the week

      2+1=3

      Half Life 3 confirmed.

  • +3

I've Step one away from these now and have gone to the kmart pairs which work just as well and last longer at half the price.

Use code S1RH30 to make it $173.60. If you haven’t bought from them before then you can get one pair 50% off with the referral links above.

Thanks Satcher, updated to this code!

Fellas, get the Uniqlo Airism ones that are all one piece with no waistband. Best ever.

    • Saw this after I posted the same thing. Bought a couple of pairs overseas, and after going through maybe 20 pairs of Step Ones that just went all loose and stretched out after a year or less, moved over to nothing but the Uniqlos now. They're called Airism Seamless Boxer Briefs.

    • Do they ever go on sale? Or should I just pay the $15 a pair?

    • I bought some recently to try and found them to ride up terribly and also lack a bit of frontal room…. The material was nice though…

      • Nice flex

  • Weren't these found on Alibaba a while back?, great advertising but now low quality

    • Yeah can easily get on Alibaba but decent quantity required for MOQ

  • I've moved over to Uniqlo Airism Ultra Seamless undies. Super comfortable and they seem to be holding up pretty well so far. $14.90 a pair, standard price.

Down voting the company, not the poster.
Dodgy company. Ordered beginning of November for one of their deals. By February still didn't have all order. They delivered the Christmas undies in January.
many many emails back and forward. Every time I asked for a refund they issued a tracking number that wouldn't work for weeks. Basically they kept stalling.
In February finally received a refund for the 6 undies that were never shipped.
Bonds chafe off seem to be better quality, which you can tell as they take twice as long to dry. The step 2 one's are see through on the washing line.

  • Dammit! Wish I had that code when I ordered the other day. I have worn step ones for a long time now (my guess is 8 years). My old ones still go strong but the newer ones just don’t last the same. But they are still the best men’s underwear I have ever worn and I have tried a lot in my time.

  • just order from Temu

  • Same as others here, old pairs are still good, but the last lot of them are garbage. Threads and elastic coming out left, right, and centre. Never again.

  • Ordered a total of 180 pairs for $2159.00
Don't have to wash undies for next 6 months
    Winner !!

I recommend the Bonds Men's Chafe Off Trunks, much better quality.

  • Code no longer works with the sale. I bought this with the student beans code for 15% off a couple of days ago. Wish this code was posted back then :(

    • That's a shame, confirmed the code is now dead! - "No discount codes available during Mid Year Sale"

      • I've updated the 'deal' and removed the additional discount code…
