      @gotyourback looks like same issue again..I've clicked through the offer to the app and bought, but it shows only $109 to go. I assume the tech team hasn't fixed the problem from last week, but SB will honour the offer of we email a support ticket?

      I was one of the people who had issues. gotyourback ended up having to help out and eventually everything tracked although the $20 westpac bank bonus had to be manually added by the team.

    If the bank bonus actually tracks this time, it is another ~$9.60 (or more depending on your total spend), and therefore a better deal than TCB.

    My transaction tracked a couple of hours ago split into three different cashback rates. Like last time, only one of the three rates has tracked under the reward and no westpac bonus yet. This happened last time and GYB helped me out. Hopefully, they have fixed the issue this time and it's just waiting for things to marry up.

    I double checked that the card numbers match. It used to track with the same WP card in the past.
