Lebara 30-Day 10GB Prepaid Mobile Plan $8 (Was $19.90) Delivered @ Lebara

180

$3 International credit to 5 selected countries.

Great for churning. Uses Vodafone network, which surprising is better than Optus reception at my work.

On a side note, I asked chat and he said had to activate within 60 days from date of purchase.

  • A stupid question… I need a new sim for only three months, can I just buy three of this sim using three different accounts so I only need to pay $24 for three months?

    • You must supply your identity information when registering with Lebara, so you will either have to port-out first to another carrier and then port back in, or terminate the number and account before activating the subsequent SIM card.

As long as you maintain a number with Lebara, as an existing customer you're not eligible for these new customer SIM deals.

Felix is $10/month for the first four months. Might be less trouble

  • Is this on 4G or 5G?

  • Fml I paid full price for this too ouhhhggghgggghg

    • Stock-up when on-sales?

Lebara 30d plans are on rotating & rolling discounts > 50%, since carriers turn-off ADSL2+ & likely before that 🤔

      • I have to ask, can you keeep the SIM cards unopened for months or do you have to activate before 30d or they’re invalid? Asking bc I am trying to churn for cheap internet

        • Lebara customer-support Mar-25: official response was 90d deadline from purchase-date.
          High-risk: Mar-25, I activatED a 30d Large sim-plan with expiry-date 18-Jul-24.
          30d Large-plan expiry-date 10-Jan-25: I just test-activatED 2 sims: stopping @ the LAST-stage…ID, credit-card etc supplied.
Maybe activate BEFORE expiry-date as per noted on pack & pls take my comment as a guide-only…whatever YOUR risk-profile?
          I keep 2+ Lebara' sims as spare & at some point later-this-year, will activate the-above 2 x expiry-date 10-Jan-25, but that's MY risk-profile. Good luck.

          • @ab c: This helps a lot, thank you heaps! I should be good with a May purchased sim to activate in August this year :)
