    Be careful with these Flybuys offers. I am still waiting for 10x Flybuys points on OW deal for OnePass members. Didn’t even receive 5x points which is standard for Onepass members. Followed up with Flybuys support team but still waiting

      I am waiting on the same thing - I did get the 5x points straight away but not the extra 5x.

      Flybuys support is crap too.
      Take 2 days to respond to each email (no chat) and just keep giving useless information.

      Sent my receipt, sent screenshot of offer and they reply "if it is click and collect it may take 4 weeks" - the receipt was clearly not C&C.

      "We can't find the offer". They could have used the screenshot I sent or looked on the flybuys OR onepass homepage as it was offered there as the first banner.

      "Check your transaction history" - I have, that is how I know it is not there…

        I didn’t even receive the 5x being a OnePass member.
        Did the same - emailed them the OW receipt and offer screenshot. Received standard response that it takes 4 weeks for the bonus points to be credited. It is already past 4 weeks but still no points. Just a scam to induce consumer to spend and a complete waste of time.

        I have had much better response times with their support team on Facebook messenger and Instagram message.

        Took them about 2 hours to reply both times i've had to contact them.
