They're all QWERTY layouts but slightly modified. The Japanese keyboard is the most different – it moves the 🌐fn, caps lock and ctrl buttons around, while a lot of the punctuation symbols are in different places, so best to avoid that one unless specifically needed. The Arabic keyboard is a variant of the British layout that takes right-to-left typing into account (as needed in Arabic) but is otherwise mostly the same, while the other two are variants of the US English layout and the same except for the addition of Thai/Korean to the keyboard. The Korean one has less extra lettering printed on it so it would probably be my pick if I were buying.
