*Offer only available on new eligible insurance policies purchased between Tuesday 27 May 2025 and up to and including Monday 30 June 2025. Limit one Prezzee Smart eGiftCard (referred to as eGiftCard) per insured risk address per 12 months. Where a joint policy occurs, the main policy holder will be provided with the eGiftCard.

To be eligible to receive either a $100 or $200 eGiftCard(s), all policies must be purchased through a Defence Bank branch, the Defence Bank Contact Centre or through the Defence Bank website. The eGiftCard will be issued by Prezzee Pty Ltd ABN 16 602 963 422 on behalf of Defence Bank. By participating in the Offer, you consent to Defence Bank sharing your name and email address with Prezzee Pty Ltd for this purpose.
eGiftCards will be issued three weeks after the 21-day cooling off period and is conditional upon first month’s premium being paid. Where a fortnightly payment method is selected, the first two payments must be successful for eGiftCard to be issued. Where annual method is selected, full payment must be received.
eGiftCards will be emailed to the email address linked to the Members insured property policy.
Defence Bank reserves the right to request a Recipient to provide proof of identity and proof of entry validity. These proofs must be in a form suitable for verification by Defence Bank, determined by Defence Bank in its absolute discretion. In the event that a Recipient cannot provide suitable proof, the Recipient will forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered.
eGiftCards have a 36-month expiry date for users to exchange Retailer Gift Cards of their choice. The eGiftCards shall be credited with either $100 or $200 (depending on policy type) which may be exchanged for another or multiple participating Retailer Gift Cards up to the value displayed on the eGiftCard available through the Prezzee Service website. There are no fees associated with the eGiftCard. Once the new Retailer Gift Card(s) has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer Gift Cards chosen. eGiftCards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be provided for eGiftCards (except as required by law).
