build quality for starters. have had 2 pairs of these now, they are not likely to last. and thats alot of money to use on something thats not gna last.
sure u can roll the dice with claiming warrenty. but its a pain if they say no etc etc.
What specifically? Re warranty, I had 2 cases with MTW3, all resolved OK. My last MTW3 was replaced with this :)

for me random drop outs of the RHS earpiece. twice. same issue both times.
had to involve ACCC to get them to deal with issue.
personally i wont go near sennies again for awhile. clearly the build quality is lessending, and with earbuds like "EarFun" showing just how much bang for buck you can get. These are Way overpriced for what they are.

The Senn's Smart Control app could not register the phones. Some Bluetooth stack bug in app or phones.

Maybe, but they are the best sounding ones you can get. I have no regrets, 8 months with MTW4 :) And on Amazon you have 1 year of free return, just use chat.

I bought the Earfun air pro 4 and the features you get for less than 100$ is insane.
they were good! just wouldnt stay in my ear.
then I bought the Sony XF-1000XM5
the EQ is way to base orientated, but apparently i can mod it somewhat. features are good and responsive. (less customizability than the TW4s but you get used to it quickly) and for working out/ walking running. 10/10 will not leave my ear. Period (dont even have to adjust, unlike the MTW4s lol)
ATM my sound qual needs are lower, because im podcasting a Tonne.
and i agree the sennies had a good EQ and sound amazing: but at the cost of, moving around constantly in my ear, and having to take them back to get replaced every 4 months for some manufacturing issue… im willing to take the hit in sound qual.
wife has the senny headphones (TW4 equivalent) version: atm shes happy with them, will advise if they last awhile or not. imo. they already seem to be better made than the in ears.
@Kossac: @kossac I’m in a similar boat the right earbud of my momentum 2 started dropping out until it died.
What did you get as replacement?
I’ve bought the soundcore liberty 4 NC and while it looks good I find the ANC/transparency not as good as what I’m used to with the Sennheiser.

yes u will sac some sound quality etc. but at less than $100. you will find Nothing better. Period. Unreal value for money.

if you have more moulla, I am finding my Sony XF-1000XM5s to be very good.
things that are a win for me
1. they stay in my ear (literally cant shake them out - running etc)
2. Great features.
3. AMAZING noise cancelling. its quite amazing to be fair. markedly better than the TW4s.
3a. i think its because of the way they sit In the ear so well. they block out sound very well. definately better than the TW4s
4. they have pretty damm good pass through. not as good as the apples. but a close 2nd. (similar to TW4s)
5. Great sound quality.
6. a negative - very Bass heavy EQ - but apparently this can be modded. I just havent tried to yet lol - im using them for podcasting, so its not a huge deal. but if i notice it through podcasts. then its sure as hell a problem with music!

Right now MTW4 is the better made product, so all of your afterwards rant becomes irrelevant :)

and as im wearing the Sonys Right now, again IMO - Markedly better product build.

Paid $400 for these with work's CC, they've been pretty good but there's room for improvement.
