Powered adjustable bed frame with corded remote, seems to support independent foot and head positions. Has a bar at the end to stop the mattress sliding off. 300kg inc mattress weight limit. Good reviews on amazon. Most foam / latex / pocket spring mattresses ought to work but check if yours does specifically, ecosa, a.h. beard and most other websites seem to have a whitelist on their site of what works with their own adjustable frames.

    I don't know specifically, the koala ones seem to be mostly foam layers which I'd say are the most likely to work. The thing you may run into with an all foam or pocket spring/hybrid style mattress is how firm the sidewalls of the mattress are, if they're very heavily reinforced to give edge support, they may not be able to bend enough with the frame. Bonnell spring mattresses with interlinked springs would be the main concern and you'd really want to make sure the specific one you had could work with this kind of frame.

    If it came rolled up in a box then it'll bend just fine, though depending on how firm the foam core is and how heavy you are it might overwork the motor

  For those with a bit more budget, consider also getting a Tempur base model adjustable base which generally starts out around $800+. I've seen earlier models made 10-15 years ago still working flawlessly on these, and build quality is top notch. You also have the Tempur warranty should things go wrong. I don't know about the brand Zinus specifically, but s
  some of the low budget brands can stop working within months due to cheap parts.

    I've been impressed with Zinus for their quality at their pricepoint. A class or two above similarly priced furniture, and definitely above Artiss and those actual junk brands.

  I can recommend the Zinus Elite 30cm Queen Mattress to pair with this. It is firm enough for a bad back, yet very comfortable for a good sleep without numbing limbs. The bed base is excellent quality too.
