Members are reporting that you cannot use the $20 that is given to you, until you complete enough surveys and offers to get "$50" in your account. Then you may redeem your "money".

The terms and conditions also confirm that there is no guarantee you will ever be given enough offers to be able to redeem anything.

Also note, they explicitly state that you must agree to receive unsolicited offers (what many people would call spam).

  Also need to take into consideration shipping when using it i think
  can't really make out how this works from the terms.

  you get "cash" credited into your account, and once you have $50 you can redeem it by emailing them and probably have them send you an actual gift card to use.

  Umm.. You need $50 to redeem. It's not a gift card they send to you. It's on par with one of those lame survey sites.

  It is not free.. you have to participate on their offers and maybe surveys first and then you may be eligle for the gift card.. More like a spam to me
