As mentioned in an earlier post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/88831 that was for the DC 39 Animal. Both vaccum cleaners are available again. Make sure you order the correct one. The 10% reward deal is on in a few days but stock might be out by then.

    Op has clearly made a mistake with this price.
    Still jumped on the deal though as the price is still the same as it was prior.
    ~$394 delivered for the dc38.
    Anyone know how long Harrods takes to ship?

      I'll probably email them but it does say on the product page that it is not available for international shipping and all electrical goods is also listed on their exclusion list.

      Heres hoping their "other" delivery service is cool with it and is a reasonable price.

    I bought a DC39 animal about an hour ago and just received an email saying that due to unprecedented demand they have cancelled my order.

    Hopefully someone else has had better luck

          Just got a call from Harrods saying that the DC39 is back in stock. However I can't seem to see it on the website at the moment (20:50 EST)

          Also had a quote from John Lewis for a little bit cheaper but want to make sure it's valid before I post/purchase.

          In any case, I'll update when I get a reply from John Lewis and if the Harrods website decides to show stock again.

      This happened to me last time buying a Dyson from Harrods. As the transaction was authorized by bank, the allocated money was inaccessible for some time. So no money and no vacuum.

    I am still looking for a Dyson. Would it be correct this has no local warranty? Price is good. Must say Dyson customer service is one of the best if not the best, to my experience.

      You won't get warranty support from Dyson Australia if you purchase from overseas.
