  • Can’t see that lasting very long. Definitely cheap though.

    • Totally fair point! This one’s part of our Father’s Day promo, so the price is much lower than usual. It’s designed for occasional driveway or paddock use—not industrial grade, but definitely solid for the price.

If anyone’s used one already or has tips for similar jobs, I would love to hear your thoughts!

      • Gravel driveways in rich neighbours. I once had a job as a gardener in Brighton and had to rake the driveway smooth so the owner had the satisfaction of driving over it smoothed out. I hated my life for doing that

        • +1

Was it a weird driveway that went from the front gate around a garage and to the laneway at the back?
I went to a place like that in Brighton to do either do wildlife rescue or buy a trailer and the lady on the phone requested I park out the front, walk to the front door and then after introducing myself drive around the block and then enter from the laneway because they didn’t want anyone driving on the gravel.

You do realise that it's not Father's Day in Australia until Sept…Father's Day is in the US/UK and Canada this weekend (June 15)

        • Haha yes, you’re totally right—Aussie Father’s Day is still a few months off.

This one’s from our global Father’s Day push, but here on the AU side we’ve tied it in with our EOFY sale too. Either way, figured it’s a good excuse to drop the price on some bulky gear. šŸ˜„

Wish i had the space to warrant buying this, but my 3x2 nailed onto a rake does the job

    • +1

Honestly, that’s Aussie ingenuity at its finest. šŸ˜‚
But if the 3x2 ever snaps, we’ve got a Father’s Day discount waiting.

Can I use this on my street to move all the renters parking on the road?

  • Would this work on flat but uneven grass? The back yard has just always annoyed me and I’m at that age where I need level grass.

    • +1

I tied a rope to a pallet and dragged that around to flatten out the top dress on my lawn. Worked really well, very flat now.

      • Yep, +1 for the pallets. Especially if you have a kid who hates work but likes driving a ride on something while seemingly doing some work ;)
Can toss pallets on bonfire for later "recycling" too…
Works with kids of all ages.
