That's crap and a deal breaker!

    • thanks for the psa - interesting and def a poteintail deal breaker

      • Just so everyone can make a fully informed decision. Ultimately you can pay $10 for 14 days to receive texts.. just that no other telco seem to do this

isnt this $120 after cashback from optus?

  • I got this last year and ending 365 days in November. Can I buy this and keep until November and use to renew? Or is this only a starter pack and cannot be used to renew current services?

As with Boost, worst case just port out briefly and back in again.

      • I meant I am on the optus 365 plan currently but not sure if I can buy this same optus 365 plan to renew when my current plan ends in November

        • Did you find out if it can be boight and activated November?

        • As scott said, port out then back in

  • PSA stay away from Kogan Mobile as their porting team are the worst

  • Do we have to call to get price beat? How does it work

    • Either through their support or in store. I went to the store directly it worked.

      • Thanks

Btw at the bottom of the pack it has barcode, expiry , control number and 5 digit,

        Can it be hacked?

      • I was told last week from Officeworks in Cannington WA that they do not price beat Sim cards from telcos websites. What a load of BS. I was told in another Officeworks that they need to verify the expiry date of the Sim card to enable price beat. I think they are turning into another Bunnings.

  • Anyway to check stock level for the sim, before i went to coles and there was no stock

  • What ever happened to mobile phone connections without data.

  • This has access to optus sport as a cheaper addon than if not an optus customer, right?

  • I'm currently on an Optus prepaid sim that has a week until expiry. A 365 day 220GB recharge is showing as $350 for me. Incredible that this offer is for significantly more data at over $100 less. How much hassle would it be to port out and back in to take advantage of this given that it's not for current Optus customers? Is this even an option?
