      It's actually means 10% cashback as long as "No Coupons" used on all categories

      But you still get cashback if you want to use the JUNEOFY20/2 coupon at "standard" rate.

      So still decent as long as the item you want to buy has ok price without need for coupons, especially paired with a bit of bank bonus. Those multi-buy bulk discounts goes well with this type of upsize.

  • I made a purchase without using any coupons at 7:30 pm on Saturday and today I got cashback tracked at well below 1%. I see the disclaimer above 'Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details' but am wondering why it didn't just get tracked at the correct rate initially.

      They had same issues with previous 10% CB. Guess they havent found a solution to get it to track properly yet but they corrected it a few days later.

      • Yep and to their credit (at least for my account), for the previous 10%CB, they did rectify it to the correct rate later. It is just a bit of a pain to have to keep checking back regularly to see whether it has been updated to the correct amount. It would just be good if it could track correctly in the first place, especially since it was a straightforward transaction with no coupons.

      Same. The previous promo took 3 days to track for me so could still come today but eswes got tracking already and ordered after i did so looks like there could be tracking issues again like previous deal. I'll wait another few days before contacting SB.

    • 18/06 Update: Got the bot to "escalate" and have now received a "cashback adjustment" and "We truly apologies for putting you on hold for so long in regard to your cashback status."

          I kept replying that I've met the criteria, eventually it gave me the option to escalate.

    Mine got fixed this morning

  • My tracking only came through this morning at also at standard rate. Bonus bonus at 2% was correct
    I was waiting for the 7 days to pass before contacting them so at least its easier to get fixed since its just a correction.
    Now will wait a few days to see SB correct it without intervention.
    The tracking is very odd now. People who ordered after get tracked before. Tracking time ranges from 6 hours to 7 days when it was always next morning.
