  • Seems like qd oled is good compared to woled in lg. anyone have any preference?

No mention of QD for this TV anywhere on the website.

      • +1

Was thinking the same thing. A few YouTube reviews (Rtings…) state that we won't be getting QD-OLED in this model.

Model number ends with EXXY meaning WOLED.

      • +3

I like the ones that end in SEXXY, great marketing.

(Although their long convoluted model numbers are horrible marketing…)

  • Could you please tell me the price of the following on the EPP?

75’ Neo QLED QN90F 4k vision AI SMART TV

    • +1

      3374.25 for that one

  • this or the LG 65" B5 AI 4K UHD HDR Smart OLED TV?
Have the LG on back order (due later this month) from Mydeal at a similar price. i'm not in any rush if that matters

    • How much did the B5 cost you?

      • $2,089 less $125 cashback

I would probably buy for that price but after seeing one single guy post a comment that he got C4 for $2100 it deterred me (he posted receipt too). Now I will keep going for that price that I will never get, he trapped me in limbo, I'll never be able to buy a new TV 😭

          • @bleeder: hahaha if you are upgrading your TV, I can totally see why you would just wait. I had to get a new one relatively quickly so I just committed to 65" S90D at $2,500 instead. I should hand in my Ozb badge :/

Considering C4 stock is basically gone now in Australia, I think you can just wait for C5 runout to start around Christmas this year and snipe it around $2,500 instead.

            • @CheapCoffee: I have a 10 year old Panasonic with a chip in the corner (that always just shows as white), can definitely justify a new TV. But can also keep waiting forever as I only watch sports on it and forget about the chip when I'm actually watching. I guess I'm happy with my current TV and just want a new toy so shouldn't get one.

Yeah pretty much waiting for Black Friday or later for C5 deals but also considering 75" C7K or C8K if I can get stupid prices.

  • It's asking me for an employee email???

    • same, what should I type in "employee email"

    • You need to have access to the program via your employer.

  • Is the S90F worth it over the S85F? These TVs are so new there are hardly any good reviews of them.

    • +2

The problem is, all the reviews of the s90f are for the QD-OLED panel, where as in Australia, they are all WOLED this gen. The Q90D had WOLED in certain sizes only. So it's really difficult to research. Also havent been able to find which WOLED panel is in it, is it the C5?

Yes it's terrible how Samsung is being so slimy with not disclosing the info and treat us like dirt.

        • +1

Yeah I just paid extra to get the runout model S90D 65" which is QD-OLED. Ended up being around $2,520 which isn't the lowest price but at least I avoided playing their stupid WOLED game.
