Hi all, it's the usual deal on again. Ending tomorrow midday, but some chance it will be extended a few times in usual Scoopon fashion.

      Not sure, so could be wrong here, but I think you can search Flickr accounts which make their images freely available, and, if the user has a pro account and uploaded high MP images, you can download originals?

      I think that's the case, but you'd have to double check. I seem to remember you can easily search Flickr Creative Commons (free) images from Yahoo Image Search as well now.

      To start, try using a search engine (eg. Google).
      Search for the image you want & change the settings in Any size to either large, or Larger than 4MP!

      Fabness has a library of images that you can use when you are creating a canvas.

      I have bought a couple of canvases done now (my own images). They are great quality and customer service is great!

        How do they deliver? Will they leave a card and drop off at local PO if you're not in? I hate those that insist on delivery to you (PO drop off not an option) only during business hours Mon-Fri since I'll be away at work.

          Depends on your postman. Mine sometimes leaves it at the door, other times it is at the PO.
          You can always have it redirected to a PO that's open on Saturday?

      Yep - I got same email from them so I unsubscribed. For reason, I listed the deals they publish directly are never as good as their scoopon deals.

    Are there issues (with copyright restrictions) on what you can choose as an image? I'm thinking something like movie posters…

      Technically you need the copyright owner's permission to print their image out. Whether a company like Fabness will care or just take your cash is another matter.

    I received my order today from the previous deal (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/89043) and couldn't be happier. The colour reproduction is great (I'm no photographer/graphic artist but my kids seem the same colour as the print) and delivery was great - no damaged box, and they left it at the front door. The missus is wrapped…..or at least she was, before she got in a bad mood about something that I have no idea about…
