      It usually means new customers only, and it can't be used to recharge an existing plan.

      If you're not currently with Coles you can.
      If you're with Coles Mobile right now, churn out to another mobile provider like Lebara $8 for 30 days, and then churn back to Coles. I think you have at least 30 days to activate the sim.

    This was sold at at a few Coles i tried.

    The $240 SIM was discounted to $179, with about double the data anyway.
