Terms and Conditions
Get up to A$300 back when you trade-in Pixel 6a or iPhone SE (2nd generation) in good condition with the purchase of a new Pixel 9a. Offer valid starting on June 10, 2025 at 9:00 am AET and ends on July 4, 2025 at 11:59 pm AET. Australian residents 18+ only. Trade-in value can only be applied against a new Pixel 9a phone purchase and varies based on condition, year, and configuration of your trade-in device. Value may vary from estimated value following inspection and whether device matches description provided at Trade-in. Your device must be in good working order, power up, and have no major screen damage to qualify. You are responsible for deleting all data from the device before dispatching. Device cannot be returned so ensure all data is backed up. ID check will be required. Device trade-in credit will be issued to the original form of purchase used for the device purchase at Google Store or in the form of Store Credit if we're unable to credit your original form of payment, if the confirmed trade-in value exceeds the value of your new device or if the new device has already been returned in accordance with the applicable Google Store return policy. Credit is based on (and paid after) your device is received matching the description provided at the time of the estimate. If the condition of the device doesn't match, or it's returned late, a new trade-in value will be confirmed. If that amount is at least 75% of the original estimate, the trade-in will continue and that amount will be credited back to you. Devices sent for trade-in must be received within 30 days of receiving your new device, provided the purchased device has not been returned during that time. Devices that are traded in will only be returned if the trade-in value is validated to be less than 75% of the estimate. Full T&Cs apply: https://store.google.com/intl/en-au/about/device-trade-in/
Sounds good in theory, but the question is, has anyone successfully completed all of the above steps with success?
I ask this because you would have thought this would have caught on when it was first mentioned, but it didn't by the look of things.
