Brace yourselves, did not track comments are coming!

  • What’s the catch?

Other than max. $50 cashback. Any restriction on number of items in a single transaction to get the 100% cashback?

you need to have never redeemed a Temu CR in the past. Even if you set another Temu account.

      • So if you have made a spend on Temu but never claimed cashrewards does that still count?

        • +1

You need to have never claimed on CR and also a Temu account that has never made a purchase. Created one using a different email.

  • Say you used the CR email that you used without cashback before on temu

If we make a first order through CR would it work 100% off?

  • +1

Does this mean to earn exactly $50 (100%)cashback I should make an order of $65 ($50 +15(30% off for new customers on $39+ order)?

    • You didn't account for GST.

      • Yup..my bad…i guess the first order has free delivery and I should count approx 10% gst…I don't know how the 30% off on $39+ works…and does the 30% for first order stack with the $50 (100%) cahback ..as the term states not to use any other kind of discounts

        • The 30% off on $39+ does seem odd given the offer for 100% cashback up to $50.

I suspect it's some kind of glaring loophole so Temu can say to Cashrewards "all your customers used other kind of discount so we no pay cashback!"

I would certainly check the 30% off does not apply to my order. Perhaps keep your purchase to $38.99 or less to ensure you get cashback?

  • Is this for real?!

    • As real as Gerrys dog

  • The $50 (upto 100%) cashback excludes gst..so that would mean to get $50 back my order should be $50+10% gst=$55

That 30% off on $39+ order seems to be some promo code…which is not clear if it is stackable with this offer and can possibly null the cashback terms…since it says..no other discount to lower the price…so i guess no promo/ discount code should be used in the transaction

    • It depends,
if price excludes gst, then you need to spend $50 on items plus $5gst
if price includes gst, you need to spend $55.56 on items, so 10% of total amount is $5.56

A simple search says "Yes, Temu includes GST (Goods and Services Tax) in the prices displayed on their website for Australian customers. According to a Temu spokesperson, they calculate, collect, and remit the applicable GST on all taxable goods sold on their website and shipped to Australia.
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requires that businesses include any applicable taxes, such as GST, in the displayed price. This means that the price you see on Temu's website is the total price you will pay, including GST. The ATO also notes that GST is generally a 10% tax on most goods and services sold in Australia. "

  • Made purchase of $49 through the cashrewards app, used PayPal. Waiting to see the tracking, but nothing is there yet

  • So for $50 cashback…a $55.56 order will do…..
now only if it could be checked if 30% off $39 first order could be stacked to this as well to sweeten the deal..

I purchased the last time Cash Rewards offered 100% cashback. I can confirm that the 30% off first order from Temu also stacks, there is no promo code required and is automatic when checking out.

Note that it's not techincally 100% cashback because it does not include the GST component. For example, if your order is $55 after Temu 30% off, CR will track $50. You will be out of pocket $5.

    Hope that makes sense.

    • how does the 30% stack ? I added about $80 worth of items but it doesn't seem to apply the 30% off first order ?

      • +1

I doesn't work. Only shopback's Temu new customer 30% off works.

        • I figured so after trying multiple different ways, but thanks for the confirmation!

It's not really possible create a brand new CR account since CR asks for a phone number…. :(

    • cheap eSIM can let you get lot of great deals, unless the app has imei tracking like Uber eats and hungrypanda

  • Let’s see if it tracks. Made an order last night

  • Anyone got tracking mail yet?

    • Not yet. Purchased about 3pm yesterday.

      • Got it now. 🙌

        • Same. Temu seems to calculate the cash back on about 86% of the purchase price. To get the max $50 cash back, you need to spend $58.14 or more. I also used one of the 30% off new user codes.

          • @flagger: You guys are lucky, mine hasnt been tracked

    • Tracked at ~90% of purchase price
