  • ugh didn’t get and I’ve made so many TGG purchases lately

    • +9

That's probably why you didn't get it 😅

    • Thought they start cross-selling TCG

    • You prob need to have a good purchased a gold services extra on a product. I could be wrong though.

  • Yes just received it!

I skimmed through the T&Cs. But just wanted to double check based on other people's experience. Can I go in store, get them to price match a product and use the voucher on top?

    • +1

definitely and you can stack your 30$ gold services voucher as well on top of this voucher in-store.

      • Do you know if you can use more than 1 gold service voucher in a transaction?

        • yeah I have used 1 30$ voucher like this deal and 2 gold service vouchers in may In-store(QLD). Just ask in-store what's their policy on number of gold service vouchers that can be stacked up . Online you can use only 2 gold service vouchers in one shot but in-store is definitely more and mostly dependent on store policies.

My experience the last few times I've had the offer is that as soon as I ask about price matching or a better price, they immediately ask me if I have a voucher and then refuse to budge on the price. The problem I had prior to the last few times (when I was usually buying an item around $110) was that I would ask them for a better price and they would always end up making it $99 and I'd have to say "just round it up to $100" so I could use the voucher.

  • Can we stack it with StoreCash?

    • +3

I've done it in the past.

Happy to share my code if anyone wants it - not sure if transferable?

  • Got one not too long ago. Anyone knows if they honour their online price beat in-store?

  • how to sign up to good guys sms

  • Are they saying they might be price jacking?

    From the T&Cs:

“Offer applies to the current ticketed price of relevant products. As prices change regularly and we frequently run sales and negotiate on price, some products are likely to have been sold below the current price prior to this offer. Prices may change after offer ends.”

  • what's everyone buying?

  • No requests for codes in comments. Please use megathread instead

  • My only annoyance with this offer is that the webcam I'm looking at buying (C922 Pro Stream) is not in stock at my local stores :( - the closet one with stock is over 200km away.

    • lol got one of those on the cheap deal last time

  • Is Apple iphone exclude in this?

  • Already on sale item would work?

  • if only this came out during pixel 9a deal. You think I could refund and repurchase with the code?

  • Does this stack with $20 concierge credits?

    • Yes, you can stack.

  • I just picked up a white Sonos Era 100 for $220 at Good Guys Thomastown (Vic) using this code. There's an online Price Match on their website for it which takes it done to $256. I asked the guy if he could match it in store and he said he'd do it for $250. I then used the $30 off and wa-lah! $220 is what I paid. I tried to get JB HiFi to price match Costco's $220 that was listed on here the other day, but they wouldn't match Costco so this is actually great because I got it for the same price and in my preferred colour (white). Glad I held off until today to buy it and got that code!

  • i grabbed the sony wh-ch720n for 118

  • Can't seem to apply it on a TV :/

    • In-store only?

      • True. Just realised.

  • They won't let me use it to pre order Donkey Kong Bonanza for the Switch 2 :(

  • What are good deals for just around $100 to ise this voucher? Any recommendations? Don't want to spend more than $150 and I don't NEED anything urgently, but what would be a good deal to get with this voucher?

  • Used mine today. Had no issues using the $30 code plus one of my gold extra $20 vouchers.

  • HN have the new Google 4K streamer on sale for $88. Can grab maybe 2 packs of pegs as well for $70, less any gold services $20 you have.

  • Price matched HN on the Google Streamer 4K and grabbed a pack of Eneloop batteries to go above $100.

Purchased GC while waiting, but Eneloop scanned $15 instead of $19. So now have $4 balance in the GC, not complaining. :D

In summary: $73.15 spent on GC, obtained Google Streamer, a pack of Eneloop, and $4 for future use. A pretty good deal.
