But I get the feeling you only found this deal from looking at the other deal. Why not just get the other OP to update the post?

      • -1

It was found in the comments and the user was given credit. The other OP did not update the title.

      • +1

I think it is a good idea since the title showed a poorer price than what you could get it for. It took two hours after this post for them to update it, this post could have saved people money, the whole point of this site. It isn't needed now though.

Thanks for understanding this simple thing.

@shxhshzhz: I love it when people report me for a dupe and I watch their reports get dismissed. Rekt.

      • +1

Think this is the most I've seen an op defend a deal.

  • I cannot apply both the 15% off and EOFYTAB code. Price goes up to $594 with the 15% off code

      • How does it work? I am only getting it down to $498

        • i searched for the item len103l0026 - which is in the link above. Then on the page itself, it will show a 15% off promo. If the promo box does not appear, use a different browser. Make sure to click via CR for the additional cashback

    • worth mentioning firefox'es uBlock (adblock) blocks the coupon, needs to be disabled

Cracker of a tablet, a little heavy but it will build some wrist strength. Been reading Berserk and Gantz on mine

Is this worth upgrading from a Samsung S5E?

I only use it for a YouTube/movie tablet so kind of wanting OLED which I don’t think the Lenovo has

    • +1

Very subjective, but I'd get the Lenovo if you aren't watching stuff in the dark. The larger screen outweighs having OLED from an entertainment standpoint.

you should be able to get $150-200 for your S5E on marketplace, too.

  • How does this compare with the P12 tablet that Aldi was selling recently?

    • This is 256 though, but Ali would be still cheaper

      • tablet has SDcard support so i dont see memory as an issue.

This is an excellent tablet, I'm extremely happy with it.

    • I was close to getting one for work, but have held off just looking at this: https://me.pcmag.com/en/tablets/28411/lenovo-idea-tab-pro-re…

What do you personally like about it?

      • +3

I've got one too. I really love how the screen displays content - I wasn't sure about the matte finish but I've really come around to it, just seems richer with heaps less reflection than other tablets I've had. The pen is surprisingly good, and I've had no problem gaming. Everything seems smooth, no performance issues.
I haven't really tested the battery but t isn't noticeably bad. The speakers are also good enough I use it as an all in one music player. Screen size is also big enough it can pull duty as a laptop with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard (has a PC mode)

      • +1

Feels solid in hands, and I got used to the matte display fairly quickly. A bit on the heavier side, but the display size is great for reading and light work. Battery life has been quite impressive (no gaming and few apps installed so far).

        • Thanks for the replies folks 👍

    Is this better than S10 FE+ ?

  • +3

Just so nobody gets too excited about the 'flagship' performance claims, the Dimensity 8300 returns Geekbench 6 scores about equal to the A12X in the 2018 iPad Pro.

Fine tablet for the price it may be, but you'll be getting flagship performance from 2018, not 2025.

  • How’s this compared to the Galaxy Tab S9 for $349?

    • +2

      Where is that ?

      • Yesterday

        • Thought I read in few posts that they have stopped accepting CLE codes for S9.

    • Tab S9 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 which scores higher than the Lenovo's MediaTek Dimensity 8300.

But where are you seeing it for $349? Maybe you mean the S9 FE which is the lower spec version of the S9?

    OzBargain'd :/

Site message: We are sorry, the product Idea Tab Pro (Part Number: ZAE40173AU) cannot be added to cart since it is out of stock.

    • I had the same thing and reported, but removed comment as I could order. I just happened to click the link again and the order went through - whether it's fulfilled or not is another issue.

I spent about 30mins trying to get the price via CR. It seemed for me when I went through CR, that the listed price was never achievable. Tried on several computers and different browsers. In the end, I have no idea how or what the issue was, but I was able to make the listed price purchase via CR. Whether it tracks is another issue too.

      • Not working for me. Maybe you got lucky and someones cart timed out? Good for you :)
