So far, the devs have said that the Mac version will also be on Steam and GOG, and all purchases from the past and now on will include the Mac version as well.

$63 I think when I looked last night. Cheaper on Steam is a pretty big bonus. I have to run this using Heroic on my Steam Deck - a bit more work to set up.
Well if you ever get another handheld of desktop/laptop then you'll at least have the offline executables. I love GOG way more than Steam.
@Guybrush57: Absolutely - however it should also be noted that you technically get a DRM free version even if you install from Steam, you just have to run the game from a different .exe that was downloaded. It then ignores Steams DRM check. I am certain this was intentional from CDPR. I only found out about this last night.
I like GOG as well, I have a decent collection with them.@theguyrules: Didn't know about the Steam DRM trick. I wish more publishers released their games DRM-free instead of that horrible Denuvo that bogs systems down. It does seem to actually curb piracy for them these days though so I see why they do it.

Such a good game. Wasn't a huge fan of the Phantom Liberty DLC, but it was good enough.

Because that was for GoG. This is ATL for Steam I believe.

Physical copy is currently $25 at Big W, it's a PS4 copy but has the free PS5 upgrade.
Otherwise it's quite often on sale for just under $35 on PS5 for a digital copy

Yep - hopefully they've improved the optimisation for it, the main city area in Phantom Liberty was like half the FPS of anywhere else in the game

Yes, this is an RPG so levelling, skill trees, assigning perks etc. GTA V you're just limited to changing weapons. CP2077 is extremely in depth in comparison.

I got the epic base game version. Can anyone confirm if I can run my current save onto this version?
You gotta have a CDPR Account but it loads your saves into the cloud and you can then access on any other version of the game AFAIK
Yeah boot it up on Epic, make sure you are signed into the RED launcher, when you make a manual save it will show a cloud icon next to it, with a tick means its in the cloud.
Then install this version, again when you boot make sure you are signed into the RED launcher and it will pull down this save.Alternatively, it might just pick up the local save files from the Epic version when you load the Steam version.
Note that once you make a save game with the Ultimate edition, you wont be able to load it in your base game Epic version because you'll need the DLC.
At this point I'm just waiting for it to be free on Epic Games Store lol

Phantom Liberty is absolutely worth it. But theres nothing stopping you from just picking up the base game, seeing if you enjoy it, and then buying the DLC later. Just you might end up paying abit more..
Damn bought phantom liberty ages ago like IM GOING ON AN ADVENTURE… and ended up obsessed with StarCraft 2 and Diablo 2 resurrected instead ahhh

Look I just finished Witcher 3 a couple months ago and haven't gotten around to the expansions. I'll prob get to Cyberpunk in about 5 years at this rate 😂
