What will stop me getting my cashback
- Cashback is eligible only on mobile plans and internet 4G/5G Home Wireless Broadband & Fixed Wireless Access plans.
- Cashback is eligible for new Yomojo customers only. A new Yomojo customer is defined as someone that has no active services with Yomojo and has not been a customer since the 1st of May 2024.
- Plans & SIMs must be activated within 30 days of ordering, and you must remain a Yomojo customer for at least 45 days after activation to be eligible for cashback.
- Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential
- To be eligible for cashback, orders must be completed wholly online and not negotiated via phone/chat etc.
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
- Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know
- Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
- If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
- To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

        When you sign up I think it asks if you’ve been referred and you need to put in your referrals phone number.

        This is separate to the cashback, and will show as a $30 credit on your Yomojo account.

        There is a referral thing on ozbargain where it directs you to message people asking for the number for the purpose of a referral. Happy to help too if needed

      • It tracked my cashback. The referral code is just a phone number and is credited directly to the account. In saying so it’s worth the risk for the lower plan as the referral credit ($30) is higher than the cashback

      • He is right…..they don't give you any referral credit and it is very false advertising they are doing on Ozbargain website…..a lot of people have activated the service only for the referral credit and get 3- 4 months of service of 10$ or something but actually they keep on deducting the money as a direct debit from your bank account and there are no signs of referral credit on your app dashboard.

            @Yomojo: Brother we both did and your system is confirming that as I called your company and there were no signs of referral credit on my account….the rep on the phone clearly indicates that she can see the referral number on my account and even after that the referral credit didn't showed up on my dashboard…..you need to actually work on your referral program and don't tell a lot of people not actually putting in the number correctly because everyone here on Ozbargain knows how these things work and they try to follow the guidelines of any promo in a very serious way…..the way you giving the same reason to everyone whoever complains to you if not getting the referral credit is not right that they not putting in the referral number….indeed they are doing but your system doesn't picks it up automatically and no one is getting the referral credit…..

    • You are reading right, but note that T&C state "must remain a Yomojo customer for at least 45 days after activation to be eligible for cashback" so seems need to be paying for 2 months.

    Price has gone up since 1/7/25. Now the cheapest plan is $12.9 per month for 1GB data.

    Not worth the hassles anymore.

    • Our $23.90 plan with 29GB is pretty good value.

      • Still a meh, even with cashback and referral credit. Bring back the $9.90 for 8GB then we're talking.

    May I ask is there any live issue with your dashboard?

    When I login my account via both browser and app, the dashboard says "Failed to load data!". No data for Account overview, Invoice tabs etc

    If yes, when the dashboard can recover?
