I have 2 of them and they are amazing.

  My C230 is laggy as. The white balance is so off doesn't matter what kind of "tone" I chose. I can't tell if it's my internet or the camera itself because my other C210s work fine and I've since upgraded my internet once

      C210 provides plenty resolution for baby monitor

      • crying detection
      • live feed
      • audio only mode - use VLC to watch the RTSP stream, set to audio mode and you can turn screen off

    I thought it was just me, my C230 is also super laggy, especially when connecting to live view and loading playbacks from the sd card. I have other Tapo cams like the C120, C210, and C200, and they all work fine

        With Amazon, if you are not happy with the product, you can go in customer and have a chat with them even after the return window has passed. They're most likely ask you to return the product and offer a refund.

  got a question. had a look at the reviews and website, i xan see u get notifcations on the app, does it show anything? i think it said it shows a screen grab? is that accurate?
  how good is the picture?

  is it easy to set up? i was thinking i would only plug it in and turn it on when leaving the house

    no rich notifications without the subscription but if you have home assistant running you can set it up that way

      when it says live view, its only if in the same wifi network ( think i read that somewhere)

        live view works from anywhere as long as you have internet, you don’t need to be on the same local network. However connecting is usually faster when you are on the same local network
