$25 Bonus after Completing First Purchase ($100 Min Spend) @ Cashback Australia

1624

Looks like another cashback site. They currently have a sign up bonus of $25 after your first purchase is confirmed. After a quick look I can’t really find any other conditions you need to satisfy.

Some ideas for purchase could be Pizza Hut or Giftz.com.au to buy a gift card (if it is eligible).

Minimum of $11 to withdraw to bank account, however I’m not clear if that includes the $25 bonus you receive.

Looks like they have a referral program too where you get $30 for referring another member and they get $25 after you both spend $100.

They also have a mobile app and browser extension.

Mod - Terms:

Our joining bonus is currently $25 for signing up. You must spend $100 within 90 days to unlock the bonus. Then you can withdraw into your PayPal or bank account.

Cashback Australia Referrals

Referral: random (43)

Referrer gets $30 bonus. Referrer gets $5 bonus after both parties have spent $100 or more within 90 days of referral.

You've got nothing on me so good luck buddy 😂

          Is that legal advice?

        • +2

Sue me too, and shove your threat back into that little head of yours.

        • +1

Ironically this is the same advice the OzBargain community has for you re: this site

    • +11

Eww… the pseudo doxing is so cringe 🤮

This is what I was thinking. How do you go from “applying for a subpoena this week” to getting it approved and the details handed over all within 3 business days?

Of all the things that didn't happen, that happened the didn't-est.

That deal might be more popular than their cashback service.

I sincerely hope this post never ever gets deleted.
This is the most perfect advertisement for how not to run a business and should be cached in the archives of Google searches for eternity.
I congratulate you on such an outstanding achievement.

      Go AWAY

I'm never going to use your site because of legal threats you are making to other OzBargain members.

Not liking the competition for most neg votes?

You made me agree with @jv. Thanks @Cashbackau

Thanks, comedy was just what I needed.

safe hiding behind an alias on this board

Which one of you clowns is driving the train wreck tonight?…

Would it be possible to register separate CEO, sales and legal forum posting accounts?

    • +5

I challenge you to sue me too, you coward. I promise you I will buy everyone in your "legal team" when they show up in my office to serve me the papers, a barista made coffee each from any cafe downstairs. Deal?

    • +3

It is really difficuot to find your threats anything but hillarious when your grammar is so terrible. I hope your imaginary lawyer does a better job.

If there is one thing that is intolerable, it is bullies.
And this Cashback mob seem to have "bully" tattooed on their foreheads.
      Get outta here

    @Cashbackau

Please note that at no point has @trixieb suggested, or claimed that they have used your service on this site. Their comments are clear to see and search and they have only stated they won't use your site due to all the red flags present.

Your legal threats are reason enough for no one to use your site, and anyone who reads your unprofessional bullshit will avoid your company like the plague.

How about you kindly see yourself out

according to the cashback au website - they are "Australia’s Official Cashback Site"

how is Cashback AU "Australia’s Official Cashback Site" ?

    what makes it official?

  • +7

Yeah nah… definitely a company to avoid at all costs, with that kind of customer "service" 😂😂

  • +4

Users who observe discrepancies and sharing with other users + potential users

Surely users can form their opinion and other potential users interested in the service can observe other users' experience, both positive AND negative

    This doxxing generates negative impression.

@Cashbackau when I first heard about your website (Via ozbargain), I signed up wanting to see what a new player in the market could do. I really wish I could delete my account including ALL my data but I know that won't happen and nor will I identify myself to you.

Your website was so buggy for a long time and it still somewhat is.

You should have really taken on the feedback provided on this site instead of attacking users.

Doxxing is never the answer. Such a shame really.

  • +12

Happy I never signed up to Cash Back Australia after seeing how the marketing team responds.
    Doxxing really?……
Great job turning the company's name to mud.
    Insanity.

  • +5

Not a member.. and now after seeing this never will be either. Will make sure all friends and family steer clear too.

  • +2

    Terrible business practices. Avoid

  • +1

    Horrible act, threatening ozb members

  • +4

Sorry Op but neg voting because the CEO has upset JV. Oh & threatening lolsuits to try & stop the community voting & commenting how they see fit.
