No, both are voda MVNO.
The only network with a difference between resellers is telstra who has a full & wholesale network split (only telstra & boost get the full network).
In reality, unless you are remote or in a deeply oversaturated pocket, even the difference between telstra full & wholesale is meaningless.

Unfortunately the discount is only for 3 months, and after that double the monthly fee.
for 365 days unfortunately no discount for the basic $149. For other long expiry plans, it may be cheaper to go to Boost or other provider.
thank you, still cheeper in the market. it goes up to $25 for 20GB 30 days, and 10% OFF that for auto renewals. where as Boost cheapest plan now is $39 for 28 days, Boost Long term plan also now $365 for 365GB. 420GB for $240 is a bargain workout to be $20 / 30 days

Dodgy company
Bought sim from them, with first month included, just like in this offer. During activation, it asked me to pay again for the first month (full price, no discount).
Support person say "you just pay, it will be reversed in few days". Paid with credit card, forgot about it. Then few months later I checked the bank statement and surprise, charge was still there. Contacted support multiple times, was promised to "we will look at it". Nothing done. Too late for chargeback.
