Yeah looks to be a pricing error in the email. $1517 in email however JB website has it listing for $1597. They were $1517 at JB until 2nd July then went back up to $1597

YMMV but most stores will honour price changes 1-2 weeks after the fact. But not certain with the perks coupon if that informal practice would apply. Worth a shot if you are near a JB.

I doubt it. I tried asking customer service about the perk and they said they aren't issuing additional perk codes for this to anyone. Pretty sure it was just one batch of lucky sods a couple of days ago and that's it.
the only other deal i could compare it to is some of the costco macbook deals, they werent too bad but defintely arent on sale right now
Yeah i doubt there will be deals as sweet as this one in the future. I'm actually really curious what the rationale for the deal was and why it was targeted. I guess it will forever remain one of those great mysteries. But again, congrats to those that got it.

I matched the price of the 15” 256/16 with Digidirect and got it for $1587 after using a $300 coupon. I paid with a few TCN gift cards that I bought a few days ago with 20x rewards from Woolies. Will knock off another $150 with TRS on Tuesday.
