Uncapped 70% was better. Although if this was uncapped i wouldn't be surprised if people spent 10k

    • If it were I'd probably end up with a kitchen full of e-bikes.

Does this apply for a new Temu customer on a Cashrewards account that had already been used for another Temu cashback?

I have been burned by this with a different cashback provider, hence the question.

          • @nokia3660: Fair enough, the rules are not very straightforward. but the assumption is that as long as Temu account is a new user and has never ordered anything before, it should be fine. I hope someone who has tried this before can clarify.

Anyone know if this still applies if I signed up to Temu a while back but haven't ever made a purchase?

    • I am also wondering this. I created an account during the last 100% promo but never ordered…

      • Just sign up again?

    • Who is the CR rep nowadays?

Who did @TA hand the torch to?

Would be cool to double-dip this with TCB lol

If you want to sign up again make sure you do the following (Android) / desktop:

    1. Delete data stored in the app (Settings, App, Temu).
    2. Uninstall the app.
    3. Remove saved logins from Google Password Manager - maybe called Password Lock on Android.
    4. Delete cookies for Temu in all of your browsers (desktop and app).
    5. Reinstall app.
    6. Sign up with different email and (if possible) use a different phone number.

I was able to be recognised as a new user this way and got the initial discount. Hoping this mean it should also work on CR.

Without step 3, it kept offering to log me in with a list of old accounts, so it clearly knew I was not a new user. After the above steps, this did not happen.

    • Yeah it happened with me for Aliexpress. They gave me the 35% cashback rate for new customers when I used Cashrewards first time in March this year, even though I had used Aliexpress for 2 years already. So its a toss of the coin whether it means new CR users or new Temu users.

    • Did you use a different credit card or paypal account?

      • Different CC but only because my old one was closed. I'm using a virtual Bankwest card that expires after a day.

I think changing CC is not necessary.

YMMV, but I never received my cashback for a similar Temu deal earlier this year. I followed all the correct steps (no codes, no ad block etc.) but no dice. I ended up contacting Cashrewards since the cashback was around $50 and after a few emails back and forth they ghosted me. I've followed up multiple times but it's been radio silence since…

    • I am starting to feel the same. New account and no tracking after 12 hours. Probably detected my wife's Temu account in the same laptop and think that I have created a fake new account.

  • Im confused by the terms.
Do I need to sign up after click through from CR or can I sign up before hand?

  • I've just got tracking through for my order in my new Temu account. At 100%.

  • WTF!!! Estimate approval 4/1/2026!
    I assumed 12 weeks!

    • LOL - mine is March. Cannot be for real, surely?

      • I set a reminder to check monthly …. T&cs say 180 days.

  • I bought for $49.19 and got $42.01 tracked. Delivery was free, so what is the difference? It was 100% CB up to $50.
