Are the images correct?
It seems like the Korean and Arabic look identical to the standard US layout.

They are not correct. You can cycle languages in the Apple Store app if you’re on an Apple device to look at different layouts. Korean has the most close to English from the looks. Software dictates the typing language.
Keyboard layouts can be quite different… I’ve got the Japanese Smart Keyboard and it’s got a few annoying differences like no dedicated apostrophe and extra keys swapping between Japanese symbols instead of other more functional keys.

Can anyone who bought the keyboard comment what's the difference with Korean layout?
Quick PSA for anyone who went in on this deal, ran the serial for the Korean one I picked up (mainly just to confirm it was genuine) and while it is, the limited warranty expires 15/7/25 so the warranty apple stores will recognise is short dated. While it’s still an excellent price any warranty or consumer law claims will probably need to be taken up with Amazon as it’s effectively a grey import at this point. For my time and money I’m avoiding the headache and sending it back.
