      Looks like there is Ergo S and Ergo S Plus where the latter is the one that comes with the extra wedge. The posting is just for Ergo S so chances are it doesn't come with the extra wedge.

  That's great - I have the original Ergo and it works very well. Not sure how I feel about the base, but USB-C is a big upgrade

  Pimp my mouse: I know you can’t choose between trackball or mouse so we slapped a trackball on top of the mouse.

  BTW, for those wondering: contrary to what is reported online, there is a difference between the "MX Ergo" and the "MX Ergo S". I have the former at work, and the latter at home. The Ergo S has a type-C port instead of Micro-USB, and the clicks are significantly more quiet. It's supposed to charge faster too, though that doesn't matter to me.
