When it breaks make sure you just abuse Dyson. Im on my third vacuum. V11 outsize lost all power. They replaced it with a v15. The seal on the power unit went and lost suction. Sent me out a new power unit all at a total cost of 0 to me…dog shit products….excellent customer service

Surely someone has gone after Dyson for not fit for purpose products.
There is NO WAY the single row of cells can survive the Max power setting without going out of balance (which they ALL do).
All those dead batteries are fine. They are just worked too hard/ unbalanced.
Then there is the "never loses suction" which is obviously bollocks as a half full bin makes it lose 80% of it's suction.

Got this, amazing difference in use compared with our old Meile barrel (which I thought great until this). I wish teh Motörhead had the light like the fluffy head.
The only big downside is the combination of lit fluffy head and lightness make it so easy I use it a lot more often.
I got this last year and for a week at work and to anyone I met I couldn't shut up talking about about a vacuum. It changed my cleaning game. I have a cat that drops hair like a woolly mammoth and this vac has been a life saver. Gets every last strand off carpet in 1 go and I still have 30mins battery left after I'm done. And the green light thing on the hard surface cleaner attachment helps you see the bits you need to clean.
Careful with the ball wheels of the motorhead, which happens to be a weak point and no way to fix once breaks or falls off (see reddit for the trends on this) I'm on a warranty replacement.
Have a decent sized tile floor with sufficient hair falling around due the number of people shedding em across different age groups ;-)

Yes. And even setting on eco is all you need on hard floor and it will still pick up long hair from multiple people and getting towards a couple of hours on battery.
