  I bought and returned as I found the wifi signal on this weak through walls.

  Went for the AXE7800 instead and noticed a big difference in signal strength with the external antennas.

    Yes I had the same experience. Signal strength is weak. Maybe ok for a small apartment

  I set up one of these. Seemed to fill a regular 4/5 bedroom with moderate wifi signal. Nothing really instensive using it so everyone's been happy so far.

  OpenWRT support for more leetness now, or a second life later when Asus stops support of more perfectly functional hardware…

  I'm using this happily in my apartment that can deal with lots of signal congestion whereas my old Asus RT-AC68U would stutter occasionally.
