    Wondering if anyone knows how to sign into Samsung corporate portal using the Samsung app I only see options for either the government or the education but not corporate portal

      Only edu or gov with the app. You can trigger westpac 5% (as long as the samsung login never purchased any yet) via desktop if that's what you're after. I can't trigger that with CBA yello shop though, keep saying I need to login to get the 5%, eventhough I am login

          Did you try on desktop too? I did desktop (from that $50 email link last time). Wanted to try from CBA app, but the Samsung shop wasn't even there on my yello offer

    DON'T BUY Samsung galaxy fold or flip. I have learnt the lesson.

    My flip 5 can not open flat (only up to 160 degree, not 180 degree), but screen and touch no problem. The phone still under warranty and send back to repair. The service department told me the hinge is not under warrant and quote me $680 to repair it. The hinges is the weakest part for fold or flip phone and they not cover in warranty.

    Good luck if you still want Samsung foldable phone!!!

      How it can be possible because hinge is the part of phone or whole screen must be covered.

        There is no drop or damage on the phone. Just purchased the phone 3 month old. That is what they told me.

        It is not consumable parts like battery, why it not covered. I don't understand. I was big fan for Samsung flip. I got flip 3, 4 and 5. But NO MORE.

    With my z flip 3 trade in, I got the price for z flip 7 down to $991.32 with the two trade-in bonuses ($100+$250 off for flip 7), Galaxy eVoucher ($20), Eco-voucher (basically a free buds3), 5% discount + cashback.

    Chatting with the samsung expert you could opt for a free Buds3 pro instead of the $250 (flip7) or $400 (fold7). I took cash as I can get a Bud3 for free with UNFOLD2025.

        In that case, Westpac is identical for Flip 7 256gb with the 5% first purchase (it does work with westpac on desktop, shamed why they couldn't make EPP store work properly), but no need for $50 voucher (that yello tablet debacle last time).

    Not sure why my Fold5 is still going strong after over two years, it's surprisingly durable T_T(want Fold7). The Fold7 looks great, especially with the larger outer screen. Trust me, that's actually a big selling point.

      Same here fold 5 has surprisingly been really good for me still. Only thing is battery life but I dont use the bigger screen as much anymore.

      Previously, I sent the wrong device, but they returned it and didn’t charge me anything. Last time, I sent the wrong device again, but they charged me $30, saying it was because I didn’t send the device. I didn’t contact them because the device was worth nothing.
