      256 Fold7 blue with acessories- initially showed ship from 25, then acessories said get it by 17th and phone says ship from 17th. Now the date is showing as 23rd.

        Likewise dates just keeping moving back & forth . We need to keep an eye on imei for the phone under the order then you can rely phone has been picked or allocated.

    Samsung are mass cancelling coupon stacking orders in the UK if you get the price under $1,740. Wonder why it didnt happen to us

      Don't think they will. All the stacked coupons were offered by the online chat sales staff, and the final amount confirmed to be the "best offer they are offering to EDU/EPP".

      He actually went as far as making sure I have the right code for everything (7LS, etc) or else he was going to send me new ones. So after all these stacking it is the semi-official selling price for these phones.

        No other details..I tried to message live chat but can't get support on my order as they're currently closed. Will check tomorrow.

        I bought a Fold 512GB along with a Watch8 Classic, and stacked trade up on the phone as well as on the watch along with the UNFOLD2025 offer.

                @hinn95: I have previously traded at least a dozen times and never sent the devices back. Never had any issues with the orders or pre-orders. My guess is it might have to do with using someone else’s corporate account. See my other comment below.

      Were you using someone else’s EPP account?
      This might be to discourage people selling their EPP discount codes or access. I have seen in past Telco employees selling their EPP discount codes.
      Not questioning or doubting you but just sharing a possibility.

        You can claim more TRS with JB Hi-Fi tax invoice, also can ask the store rep to throw in some free stuff. Plus potential price matching with Costco.

      Nothing yet. Been keeping an eye on Reddit. No claims of anyone in Australia receiving devices or shipment details just yet.

      Lot of them have already been received across Europe (mostly from third party sellers) and have been sent in the US and Canada.

      Think the 23rd is going to be pretty accurate at this stage.

        I can already see a few listings on FB Marketplace for Fold 7. Can vouch those are genuine and not scam as a couple of those are from sellers I have bought from previously. That means a few have received the phones already. Might be Telco staff or early deliveries from JB Hifi and other retailers.

        I've ordered two Fold's (1 blue, 1 black) and they both say 'awaiting dispatch' on the Samsung website order page, but I've just had a notification from my Auspost app for two separate deliveries labels being created and item processed for both. Suspect its them as im not waiting for any other deliveries.

    how do you find this third party trade in company in partnership with Samsung, I have read a lot of bad reviews about them that people sent back their devices and Asurion will just give the trade in item as lowest price as possible (much lower than the agreed value), which means the final price of the your new phone order is higher than expected as you need to fork out now more out of pocket expenses

      They're horrible to deal with and every time I've actually sent a device in they have done just that - marked it down to the lowest price possible despite not having any actual issues with the devices. My devices always look the way they do when I opened the box. I've had friends experience this and when requesting the trade in back they stopped replying and kept the device.

      Would never bother ever sending an actually valuable device to them. Take the credits on a $1 trade in and trade in or sell it elsewhere would be my advice.
