  • i use these as kitchen shears

  • +1

    is this really good?
Ratchet meaning it will cut bit by bit and we dont have to use lots of power, right?

if yes i will get this plus a cook pan = $80+ and then use NAB10

    • I have this it's quite good. 4 x ratchet movement, but it does increase the force you need in your hand as you go up the ratchets (wear cotton gloves for padding). Sometimes you need more than 4 squeezes and in that case you'll need to disengage and reset to the first level. Also very rarely the it refuses to go up a step (reason unknown).

      • Hkm ok ill get it and try maybe i will get better idea in practice

        • look at the fiskars powergear2 range.

if you have trouble cutting, their mini loppers are gold.

      • Be careful you don't snap the parts if not all metal, like a sponge metal with blades attached. Good but only for intended sizes or they eventually snap the bottom front half off.

  • Coming up $29.08 for me

  • Showing $30 for me

  • These look exactly the same as the spear and jackons ratcheting secateurs I've been using for the last 8+ years. Have been really solid. The little pin used by the ratchet mechanism came out recently (seen cheaper ones fail much sooner), but can be fixed by using a nail or something similar. Tempted to get another pair for this price.
