sadly, the free trial did not work again for me.
Interesting it did for others on MyDealz. Comments from there said you can ask live chat to add it too, might be worth that?

I just tired this, seems like it depends when your previous subscription/trial expired. From the chat bot:
(Me) I saw an ad offering a 60 day trial of Strava Premium which I wanted to try, but upon logging in I don't see the offer anymore. Is it possible to sign up with the free trial advertised?
(Bot) Have you previously activated a trial before or had an active subscription in the past 6 months?
(Me) Yes
(Bot) Your account was ineligible for a trial which is why a subscription was processed.
My paid subscription expired a couple of months ago, so explains why the free trial offer disappears from the website as soon as I sign in.

It has been really motivating for me personally (free tier).
That could just be the people you happen to follow. It also caters to a lot of slow people with average bicycles or running shoes.
I'm super slow and it's still motivating for me.

They recently just opted me in to a free trial, so I'm already on one. They don't have any billing details so it's definitely free. Don't really see any meaningful benefits for me for the paid version, I've been using it for free for well over a decade now.
So I feed it literature and it trains, hold on this sites layouts terrible.

My previous free trial expired over a year ago (13/05/24 til 11/07/24)
Start up the club and we'll join.
If you have groups of 4 or 5, family accounts make it affordable.
Statistics for strava is also nice, without having to pay the premium to analyse your data
