Made a laptop purchase in the OnePass May 2025 10 x Flybuys points promotion; it looks like they are refusing to honour anyone who made the purchase online for delivery despite the T&C’s never specifying this.
The response I received is:
We're really sorry it wasn't super clear. While the offer doesn’t directly say that delivery orders are excluded, the terms do specify that bonus points for Click & Collect are awarded after collection, which implies that only in-store and Click & Collect purchases qualify for the 10x points. Super sorry again for the confusion. 💙
Anyone else having this issue? The above basically admits imo that there is nothing which excludes the bonus points for delivery purchases.
Just wondering what the best options are to escalate this further, Ombudsman?
Write to the CEO. Expect no reply. Move on.
