This shop started about 3 months ago in Castle Hill next to Tong Li in the Castle Hill Mall.
Heaps cheaper than supermarkets, their chicken drumettes are fantastic, 3 kilos for 9$. Chicken thighs 2 Kilos for $23 and Chicken breasts $16 for 2 kilos cheap as well
Easy to oven bake and make blue cheese sauce for.
Support your local businesses rather than the oligopoly. Owners are cool as well.

Can get 3 kilos of Chicken Breast for 24 bucks at minchinbury fruit market if anyone out in the West (NSW) needs.
Not sure how common this is but the last couple of batches of drumettes I've bought from small Butchers like these look to have been drumsticks with the bone cut short. Not the chicken wing drumettes I'm expecting. Anyone else noticed this? Not enjoyable having to pick out bone shards and the wing drumettes cook and fit nicer in the air fryer.
