I had mine for years. Used it for the first time about 4 months ago. Works well. Haven't used it since.

Sounds like a great deal of thought went into this purchase

@Lps: I got it for $9, so as per the OzB way, buy first think later.

Have one and it works, but I never use it, sits in the cupboard.

Actually now I remember it exists I try it again. It's essentially just chopping off the pills though, probably only just extending your garment's life that is near the end anyway.

I use it for shaving my loungewear I got from Uniqlo (sweat pants and hoodies). Believe me, they pill after just the first wash.

      • Like my toddler's kmart stuff, pill first wash lol….

        • +1

Sometimes you don’t need to wait after the first wash for them to pill. Fiction areas like bum, under thighs, elbows of garment will pill after 2-3 wears! Shocking quality!

I mean the threads have already come loose anyway. Might as well slice them off

Has anyone used this for cleaning Lego displays? I have the makeup brush technique, which works well, but on the off chance…

I prefer the conair one tbh. This one tends to get caught and cause snags for my clothes.

        Removes lint pills from clothes

        .

Lint and pills are terms used to describe different issues related to fabric and clothing. Lint refers to loose fibers and debris that stick to fabric surfaces, while pills are small, round clusters of fibers caused by friction. Lint can usually be removed quickly with your fingers or a lint roller, whereas pilling is felted fluff or fiber nodules that form on the surface of the clothing fabric and are more difficult to remove.

This works great on my scalp

  • I needed one on the weekend for a beanie i was about to head out with but remembered people saying you can use a razer, it did the job and i most likely wouldnt have been able to find this among every other ozbargain impulse buy I've got, though it took a little extra fluff/ material than this if you have to do it often

  • Back in stock.

  • Among the best things I bought. Anyone else cna recommend other similar things for the house?

  • Will it work on human hair?

  • +1

I have Dangerfield jumpers, this might be an essential buy.

  • this is one of my best purchases through Ozbargain

I have this. Yes it removes a lot of the pilling but there's always some remaining and the clothes still don't look great.
