    I bought 10 x Pla and 10 x Petg of the Jayo with the last deal. So far this prints just as well as the Bambu filament.

    Trying not to buy another 10/20 rolls.

            @vongz: PLA is good for most casual stuff, it prints easily, is nontoxic, biodegradable and has the widest range of colours. But it warps easily if you warm it up and isn't very strong/resilient. The variations like "PLA+" or "PLA-HF" you don't need to care about what the differences are, they'll all work ok, they just have unspecified chemical additives that allegedly make them print nicer.

            PETG is the next step up for strength, tougness, heat resistance, chemical resistance so its good for functional prints, stuff that'll be used outside or needs some strength. It's still fairly easy to work with though you may need to figure out how to dry the spools.

            Then there's a bunch more like TPU, ABS, PA and carbon fibre filled filaments that you probably don't need to worry about yet.

      Besides ABS, haven't had any issues with any other filament type from Sunlu.

      Bambu everything works out of the box but expensive.

      PLA and PETG from all have been pretty good.

      Good price on the S4. Picked one up a while back for around $185 and works well, if you have the room for it.

      Pity no free shipping to WA though, +$19.99. Always a problem for these Jayo/Sunlu deals, half the listings either wont ship to WA or postage takes the shine off the deal.

      As far as I can tell from Flippsys helpful spreadsheet this is the only store that ships free to WA (items are slightly higher price)

      Check out the Elegoo deal, they ship to WA and have plenty of offerings at better prices than the above listing.

    eBay filament pricing gives me such a headache with these discounts. Same seller and product wildly different prices per listing to obfuscate and negate discounts. Same material and different colour, wildly different pricing even though their cost is the same. Complete BS. I have 10kg coming from AliBaba @~$12 per roll shipped for different colour choices. Looking forward to seeing the quality.

        Yup that's right - $42.07 before discount. When buying 10, you get 4 free (so it's effectively 40% off), bringing it to $25.24 per spool. Then with the 22% off discount code, brings it down to $19.69. You're better off getting it from the Jayo-3D-Global store though - exact same thing for $15.64 per spool with all the discounts.

        The table is just a quick reference of the cheapest of each filament type. I was trying some new code this time so it didn't account for current stock and also repeated some filament types with slightly different names. Best to use the spreadsheet and filter down to get accurate details for your needs!

    FYI, for wood filaments - you can get a reasonably good deal from AliExpress at the moment too:

    5x Jayo wood mixed rolls for ~$90 delivered ($102.57 - $12 discount). Works out to be about $18.1 per roll. Cheaper compared to this deal as the Ebay walnut/maple/cherry wood is about ~$20 per roll after discounts.

          Worth the hype as it will be the first affordable multi printhead printer.

          Filament changes without the waste.

          Hope they deliver on it, from what I've seen in reviews it's looking good.

            I don't suppose Bambu would discount H2D that much anytime soon.

              Apparently the shipping times stated on kickstarter are when it leaves China so add extra time for sure.

              Hoping to see an A1 level multi toolhead from Bambu.. who knows what they're cooking, although the H2S is being announced on August 26.
