    Won't trust any cash back from Temu again. They never did. Even Cashreward closed down, my Temu cash back was still pending, it's been a year.

      I haven't had any bad luck with Shopback/Temu combos, but for every large purchase I ever made with Shopback, I always had to manually submit a missing cashback and remind them that the cashback % was something else instead of it being adjusted to whatever date its done tracking

    2 weeks back it was 60%, which I missed. Then it dropped to 55% and I ordered plenty of things. Its just weird calculations behind the scenes, which you will never understand. But still not bad :)

      First time users get better deals, but for existing Temu users it’s 50% usually. The calculations exclude tax but they have a flat 15% rate which doesn’t make sense.

      Finally, Temu recently changed to a per item tracking, which means you can finally return that one really dodgy product which previously would invalidate the entire cashback.

    I got an error advice when I activated it. It said “Oops! Sorry only new users can get this coupon.” I had a chat with the shop bot. They said check T&Cs. So, based on that I won’t go ahead a risk a bum steer.

      This happens because theres a coupon for new users which gives 30% off orders over $39. Its been said before so many times, it doesn't affect the 50% cashback.

          Did you send a request with TCB? I made a dozen Temu orders across all 3 (now 2) platforms, only once my order didnt track but it was credited back after a quick complaint.

    How does this work with auto applied coupons? 1 item has 'auto applied coupon' for 32 cents.. There's no option for me to remove it.

    What about store credit? Auto applied, but i can remove it at least

      It simply tracks your final paid amount for cashback.

      If your order was $50, and you have coupons for $1, it tracks cashback on $49.

      Ended 6pm and had to buy through the shopback app that's loading forever. Also having to clear the cart and re-adding everything is very frustrating. Also the website has nowhere to save the items to like a wish list like before. Why making it harder lol. See if it's coming back with 55% tomorrow like someone said above. Otherwise a waste of time.

        55% may only apply to the new customer. And I guess the reason why app only is TEMU is that it has very bad tracking of orders. If the order was placed in the ShopBack app, then it has a higher chance of getting tracked. I don't like to use the app, but I don't like dealing with the untracked cashback more.

          I can add all the items in my cart to a save/wish list, then clear the cart, then add them back or re-open them from my list. If not it's hard for lots of items.

          I'm happy to use their in-built website in the app since they are generous with the cashback size. But at least give us more time.

    2. Doesnt track -> Add manually
    3. Wait 4-5 months.
    4. Shoback gives you $20.

The approved cashback of $20 reflects the actual commission we received from Temu, and sometimes the final amount may differ from the initially advertised rate. If you need further clarification or have any additional questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist." -> PS illegal and should be reported to Consumer Affairs.

        "Anytime it's a substantial cashback they play games and blame the seller. Has happened 3 times now

        Response in 2 days is a flat out lie too….Dishonest, shoddy business."

        "Good luck getting any cashback from ShopBack during a upsized Temu. Customer service will not be helpful either. Had a terrible experience which has resulted me in taking 95% of my business elsewhere after many years."

        No such issues with Topcashback, these guys are just scum - Ozbargain should block these deals until they stop scamming people.

      Jesus thats a hell of a gamble, why not wait for a topcashback temu deal? They have 40% all the time and you dont have to worry about any fraudulent business models like this mob. Even when my transactions havent tracked and I need to lodge it manually, I get the full amount with them but not so with Sh1tback.
