That has nothing to do with refurbishment grading? I don't care about performance at that price, I do care about physical damage, scratches, cleanliness and aesthetic so I want accurate grading on those.

Let's talk when you claim the warranty.
When purchasing refurbished laptops from providers, especially those that are out of lease, it's really a game of chance when it comes to cosmetic condition. Some users take excellent care of their devices, while others completely neglect them, making it almost a lottery. I believe you may have had a particularly bad experience with these in the past

No, I work for a company that has bought hundreds of refurbs from these guys over the years. Every now and then we'll get a laptop that's not really "A grade" as the name implies but for how ridiculously cheap they are we're not complaining

Bias has absolutely nothing to do with how many they have bought. The user, @rhali8 has a very good point as they have a very large sample size to draw upon for making their comment.

While you say it's the same, the eBay one is listed as Good Refurbished which I believe is Grade B, whereas the one in OP is listed as Great A.
Not sure which one of the two listings is misleading, but certainly one of them is.

according to his comment on the previous deal, the ebay listing has to be grade A
@kazer: Curious about this… I enquired to Harris technology, they did their grade b, only 50% battery. Though not written anywhere i could find
@kazer: I have seen many B grade laptops from this and other sellers, so not sure if that comment about eBay listing is correct. If it was grade A, it would have been listed as Very Good or Excellent.
Grade b products don’t qualify for the eBay refurb program. Our B grade items on eBay are listed as used
