  • good product, good price.

  • $139.95 not bad!

    Around $150-170 on staticice

  • good price…. postage?
Also do you mind to include the price on your subject?

  • Oh man… I'm really tempted, but then i look at the HT offer on the equivalent Microsoft Entertainment Desktop 8000 from mid 2008 at only $100 +delivery (after rebates) and $140 +delivery starts to look expensive.
    Dunno what to do.

    • I have this keyboards set, its great except the silver on a couple of the keys is started to wear off (after 6 months). In the process of replacing it with microsoft under warranty.

  • trade club used to sell 5500 at 125+10 postage… not any more due to the currency exchange rate. the deal is ok for now. And for Scubacoles, 8000 doesn't have number pad and the mouse will be far far away from 5500 (use revolution). The pro for 8000 is that the keyboard is chargable and led back.

    I will still choose 5500.

  • got myself off ebay for $70 + $30 delivery.
Still cheap for $100 brand new :)

  • Can recommend this keyboard and mouse, I got this for my PS3 so I can surf the net and play games with it. Really nice setup and thats a good price.

  • I got one of these about 5 months ago and then the mouse died. When that happened I found that it's not uncommon for the mouse to have problems.
Warranty was an issue too with both retailer and Logitech pointing the finger at each other. Retailer eventually coughed up. (edit: not the retailer of this ozbargain).
It was certainly nice when it lasted, but I've been once bitten.

  • Will try my luck with officejerks price match today, if they have it….

  • Damn that's a good price - though I just ordered that Cordless Wave Pro two days ago after much indecision. Oh well - some reviews like the mouse in that package better than this one (even though this one is better spec wise).

  • yes officeworks do have this. good luck with your price match :)

  • Office works (Brisbane city) refused to pricematch because they didnt have a phone number to call them and because they dont price match with those 24 hour websites…wtf

  • Office Works at Punchbowl price matched, but included the shipping in the price they'd beat, so ended up costing me $147.20 w/ the 5% discount.

So far so good, worked straight out of the box, even with the bluetooth which surprised me. Keyboard is nice to type on although I haven't done much with it yet. Mouse seems nice to use. Comes with the batteries for the keyboard as well which is showing as 120 days battery life which will be good. Wish the LCD display was back lit, and the calculator is actually in the keyboard, not bringing up windows calc onscreen which I'm 50/50 on at the moment. I haven't gotten the media function working yet, but have gotten date, time, temp, etc all happening.

Overall very nice k/m combo, and happy with that price. Bluetooth gives good range as well =)

  • Does this come with the setpoint disc as many have said it does not and that is an issue plus now we have Windows 7 are there updates for this k/board and mouse?
