  Got mine 2 ticket vouchers as well today. Thought that was a scam. My apology.
  But that promotion was strange, no receipt number was required. So anyone can enter the barcodes got from supermarket.

      Can I know what you actually typed in the field for receipt date? I typed 16/02/13 and it just doesn't work…

    no used one of my tickets fine, did it all online, only thing I had to pay was the $1 booking fee for booking online and wasn't asked for anything

  You CAN'T use HOYTS tickets outside the prescribed restrictions. There systems simply don't allow it.
  Event cinemas are ok though as their systems don't appear to distinguish as long as the operator doesn't care.
