          Definitely don't wait a few days xbai. I gave my consultant 24 hours to email me or apply the discount but she didn't so I spoke to live chat again. A different consultant read the previous chat log and confirmed my credit card will be refunded within 2-3 days.

      That's because you spoke to live chat immediately after you completed your order. My consultant tried to do the same thing but because it had been over 24 hours the system didn't allow her to apply the discount.

    I wasnt as lucky as others.. after a long coversation and an offer for $10.. I was told that after 24 hours I would receive the code, and then I would be able to apply it to my existing order.. Soo time will tell!!!

      Amazon arguably has the best customer service in the world but they need to work on their consistency. Some of us had speak to several different consultants before our discount was applied. It would be nice if all the reps were on the same page. Or maybe they just have a quota of the amount they're allowed to refund per month.

    Got to say that was the fastest international delivery ever!
    However, not too happy with my Jackets, I bought 2, both sized large and they are way too big for my liking.

    I shouldv'e taken on the advice and ordered a size smaller, but according to amazon comments they were fitted good :(

    Any advice on what to do now?

      what shipping did you get?? That is amazingly fast, I have Amazon Global Mail through DHL (but it is not courier, just a standard service and will be delivered by Australia Post) and there has been no update since it shipped on Friday night. You must have paid for the expedited delivery or got an upgrade.

      Bummer about the sizing though. I ordered the KC Pea Coat with scarf in size Large, hoping it will be ok. If not im sure it wont be hard to sell on gumtree/ebay.

        It should've been regular mail as it cost me $28. But it did come couriered so it must of been a mistake.

        I spoke to live support. I cannot refund the jackets for a medium size, only refund/return the lot or take a partial discount. They are awesome coats though and now the deals expired :(

        I'm typically a large. I recently purchased a size 43 suit (not that they all follow the same size guidelines) but according to amazon Large is between 42-44. My jackets could pass as an XL easily.
        I hope yours are ok. I'm still looking to trade for medium sized otherwise I'll refund or sell online.

    the sizing is strange indeed.. i'm normally a S but the KC small is at least 2 sizes too big.. quality is average, okay for $50, but definitely not $250. after 2 failed attempts i managed to get the third CS to agree to paying return shipping but he gave me a full refund instead, i actually feel bad for getting a free (crap) jacket! service does vary a lot though.. the first wasn't much use at all, telling me "you'd have to post it to us first before you find out whether we can pay shipping.." and that the returns department is unreachable

      You got the KC pea coat? can you confirm it is not the 'reaction' line, I think I saw a comment in the reviews saying that it was Reaction despite being advertised as the regular KC line..
      Reaction is a cheaper brand, poorer quality.

        i wouldn't know the difference but i think this one has a lower wool content compared to other lines which have 85% wool

        I got the KC peacoat with scarf, it is indeed the Reaction line. Both the scarf and coat has "Kenneth Cole Reaction" labels on it.

        Just to add, I emailed Amazon about 3 hours ago (using the "contact us" option on their main page, which lets you select an item that you bought to ask about) and said that I received the item, the sizing was incorrect and a lot larger than their sizing chart indicated, and said that I would like to send it back, however the shipping cost from Australia would be around $30 airmail and $35 registered post (as per the Aus post estimator website) which was about half the price of the coat.

        Then I asked in the email how they would like to refund me the shipping cost, and if I should include the invoice in the parcel for the postage costs.

        The email back said not to worry about sending it back, and to keep it and they will refund me the whole cost. So yeah… once again very impressed with Amazon's customer service… although now I have a coat that's too large for me lol! Hopefully someone else in the family can fit into it better…

    Received my coat today. I really like it but glad I got the small as even that was quite loose fitting. Couldn't try it on for long as it was 35c today!

      I used DHL Global which is their regular shipping. My order was done on the 28th Feb and received on the 11th March (in Sydney).

    Got the Large KC Pea Coat with scarf. Too large in the body which leaves it hanging off a bit. And very dissapointed that it is KC Reaction line. Not sure whether to try for a refund, can anyone who has please send me a PM with what you sent them.

    They wont offer refund, they just said to send it back using economy airmail and they will reimburse the cost. I cant be bothered. Its only a bit too big, I suppose it is still wearable with some layers underneath.

    I got the KC Herringbone Coat XL, perfect fit for a broad shouldered 6'4". Can't believe the price of this jacket, it's perfect, had a tonne of compliments already, better than the $300 is garbage coat I bought from Roger David a few years back
