          There's a button below the CCard button that you need to click on to enter the code details. Once you've done that you can then see the $20 off the total and it then takes you back to the CCard detals screen where you then pay.

          Maybe try contacting them now and explain that you were actually trying to key in the code but failed. If you are lucky they may refund the differences. No harm trying.

      why not? People have already been in store and picked up items without a problem. There are no conditions stipulated for the voucher, it is just a $20 credit essentially and they chose to offer it.

      Maybe it has expired… but see if my instructions below (extracted from Page 1) still work:

      1.Joined the Club
      2.Selected & added products to the basket
      3.Went through the checkout and had an amount added for postage (fair enough)
      4.Entered Age313 for the Voucher & 1313 for the PIN and got $20 off (not sure if it needs both?)
      5.Freaked out when I saw the order summary page show a total of the 'full amount'
      6.Calmed down when I quickly checked my bank transactions and saw that only the difference had been charged :)
      7.Gave this deal a big +

        I really should have read them closer, I assumed signing up to the club was just via checkout.

        You need to do the top right icon to "Join the Team".

        Its processed now:

      I think it means if you earn rebates for example, $15- they will only send you a voucher for $4(MINUS $11 renewal fee). But if you don't earn any rebates then they're not going to charge the $11- which might means your membership will be terminated after a year?

      It says "free club membership" on the coupon and website, so I can't see them just charging people $11 each year ongoing for membership. Also doesn't request authority or advise that they will charge you $11 in future, so I can only assume that they would deduct up to $11 from any potential rebate that you would get if buying enough items. I guess it's designed to prevent the average joe who spends <$110 per year from getting a rebate.

    The $11 renewal won't be a issue.. If u have bought over $110 worth in a year then it's deducted from the rebate.
    If you haven't spent the amount your membership just gets cancelled.

    I got charged the full price like another poster mentioned. This was because I entered the voucher code and then got a database error.

    I have sent them an email so hopefully they will correct this error. I will let you know what they say.

    Everyone should make sure they double check the final price before entering in their CC details.
