  • Looks like it might work at any Coles? Can anyone confirm?

    • i've edited the post and typed in the terms and conditions. looks like it's only valid at Raine Square.

I also doubt how relevant the "Coupons that have been photocopied, replicated…are not valid" bit is. If you go through self-serve checkout, wouldn't it just scan the barcode? Or will it trigger the flashing red lights? :p

  • +1

If you've seen the price gouging going on at Raine Square, then this is an absolute necessity to protect against the ass-bandits.

    • The store manager told me they don't follow catalogue specials unless they choose to (i.e. rarely). Joke of a store.

      • A Coles by name only…glad this lot aren't my local store.

So do they have their own catalogue specials then?

        • No catalogue but I have seen the odd special in there before. That said, after going there a couple of times, I won't be back in a hurry.

  • I went to Raine Square Coles….and they told me they do not adhere to any of the Catalogue specials.

    Has anyone experienced this also?

  • Raine Square is what is known as a "Coles Central"… they are the smaller limited range CBD versions of Coles.

They used to be called "Coles Express" before they branded the service stations with that name and so they had to come up with a new name.

They are like a glorified 7-Eleven… but charging more expensive prices!

Only unsuspecting tourists are meant to shop here!

    • yeah the Northbridge store is tiny! but they still run catalogue specials.
